Option # 1Prepare a hot smoothie then add ice & fruit and blend again.

Add 3/4 cup (6oz) of hot /boiling water into the blender

                  STEP 3

      Blend for 20 seconds


              STEP 1

Mix 3 TBSP of product with 3/4 cup of water

                        

 PREPARING A HOT SMOOTHIE USING A BLENDER (MOST POPULAR)  1 cup

                         STEP 3

      Microwave for 60 - 90 seconds       until it thickens

          



HOW TO PREPARE A COLD SMOOTHIE

                  STEP 3

      Shake for 15 seconds

Use as a coffee whitener / creamer:Simply add as needed
